Job Offer: Graphic Designer (E-commerce)

Are you a creative and meticulous Graphic Designer looking for a new challenge in the E-commerce world? Altesse Lyon would love to meet you.

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in the development and consistency of our brand's visual identity across all our digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design attractive and conversion-oriented visuals for our website (banners, product visuals, promotional content)
  • Create marketing materials for social media, email campaigns, and online advertising
  • Improve user experience through modern designs consistent with the brand image
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts
  • Ensure visual consistency and adherence to the brand's graphic charter

Desired Profile

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally in an E-commerce or digital environment
  • Excellent command of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalents
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, detail, and layout
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant projects

Are you customer-oriented, communicative, and eager to provide an impeccable customer experience? Altesse Lyon is looking for a Customer Support & Sales Officer to strengthen its E-commerce team.

You will be the primary point of contact for our customers before and after their purchase.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by email and through digital communication channels
  • Advise customers on products, sizes, and orders
  • Manage after-sales service (returns, deliveries, general questions)
  • Maintain professional, clear, and solution-oriented communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve customer requests

Desired Profile

  • Experience in customer support or E-commerce is a plus
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (French is a plus)
