All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and carrier information.

The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location and local postal service. Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs checks.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times, as international transport and customs procedures are beyond our control.
Origin and Shipping Method
All orders are shipped directly from our reliable logistics partners, located in China. This allows us to offer a wider range of products and competitive prices, while maintaining a high level of quality control.
Depending on the destination country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
- Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.
- You can track your package via the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Responsibility and Delivery
- If tracking confirms that the package was delivered to the provided address, Altesse Lyon cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.
- We encourage you to carefully check your delivery information before finalizing your order. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours of order validation.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional fees may apply for re-shipment.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees upon arrival in your country. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs and remain entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
