4. Processing and Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 5 to 12 business days, depending on destination
  • All products are shipped directly by our logistics partners, including from centers located in China and other regions.
  • Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to customs clearance or delays from local postal services.

Altesse Lyon cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

5. Returns and Cancellations

All returns and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Return Policy. We invite you to consult it before submitting a return request.

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information is correct at the time of purchase.
  • Any address change requests must be sent within 24 hours after order confirmation.

Altesse Lyon cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, consequential losses, or delays beyond our control.
